Who we are

Navetta is a group ride coordination service for corporate events and offsites, operated by Ardawn Holdings LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a North Carolina limited liability company. Our website is navetta.app. Contact us at eoin@navetta.app or via our contact page.

Information we collect

We collect only what's needed to coordinate ride groups:

• Phone number — used to verify your identity and send SMS coordination messages.
• Name — used to identify you within your ride group.
• Flight number and arrival date — used to look up live flight status and group you with nearby arrivals.
• Destination — used to group you with attendees going to the same place.
• Baggage preference — used to adjust your effective arrival time for grouping purposes.

We do not collect email addresses from participants. Organizers provide an email address when creating an account.

Organizers who pay for events also provide payment information, which is handled entirely by Stripe (see Third-party services below). Navetta does not see or store card numbers or full payment details.

How we use your information

• To assign you to a ride group with fellow attendees sharing similar arrival times and destinations.
• To send you SMS notifications about your group assignment, pickup time, and any changes due to flight delays.
• To sync live flight data via a third-party flight data provider (AviationStack).
• To process payments from organizers and maintain billing records (organizers only).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described in this policy.

SMS messaging and TCPA consent

By providing your phone number during event registration, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Navetta related to your ride group. These messages include group assignments, pickup times, and delay updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Navetta will not send marketing messages to participants.

Data retention

We retain your registration information for the duration of the event plus a reasonable period afterward for operational purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time via our contact page.

Billing records for organizers are retained as required by applicable law and our obligations to Stripe.

Third-party services

• Airtable — stores registration and event data.
• Stripe — processes payments from organizers. When you pay for an event, you are also subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. Navetta does not store your card details.
• Telnyx — sends and receives SMS messages on our behalf.
• AviationStack — provides live flight status data.
• Railway — hosts the Navetta application.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and limited access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
