Agreement

By using Navetta ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Ardawn Holdings LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Navetta is a platform that coordinates shared rides for participants arriving at an airport for a corporate event or offsite. It does so by collecting flight and destination information, grouping participants by arrival time and destination, and sending SMS coordination messages.

Navetta does not provide, arrange, or guarantee transportation. It coordinates information between participants and organizers. All transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the event organizer and participants.

SMS communications

By registering, participants consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Navetta. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. For help, reply HELP or visit our contact page.

Payment and billing

Navetta charges a one-time fee per event, based on the number of participants, at the time you publish your event. Current pricing tiers are listed on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Navetta does not store your card details.

If your event grows beyond the participant cap of the tier you purchased, you will be prompted to upgrade before running the pipeline. Upgrades are charged at the difference between tiers only — you are never charged the full price of the new tier.

Fees are charged in US dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

Refund policy

If your event is cancelled before any participants have been grouped or SMS messages sent, contact us via our contact page and we will issue a full refund. Once the pipeline has run for an event — meaning ride groups have been assigned or SMS messages have been sent — fees for that event are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original payment.

Pricing changes

We may update our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases via email or in-app notification before the new pricing takes effect. Price changes do not apply retroactively to events that have already been paid for.

Limitation of liability

Navetta and Ardawn Holdings LLC are not liable for any transportation delays, missed connections, accidents, injuries, or other outcomes arising from the use of this Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of use of the Service is limited to the amount paid by you for the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
